Hotel Reservations
The TCWSE Conference Hotel Block opens Monday, March 10, 2008.
Rooms have been blocked at the Renaissance Austin Hotel. Room reservations may be made online or by calling the hotel directly. If you call the hotel, be sure to tell the reservation desk that you are reserving for the TCWSE Summer Conference. All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit or credit card. The hotel reservation deadline for the special rates is May 30, 2008. Hotel rooms fill quickly, so make your reservations today!If you make a hotel reservation but find at a later date that you will be unable to attend the conference, please call and cancel your reservation as far in advance as possible so that another person might have an opportunity to reserve a room. You must register through the online TCWSE Conference Registration Form to obtain the joint registration.
