The seven officers of the organization (president, president-elect, vice-president, secretary, historian, past president, and executive secretary/treasurer), members of the Review Committee of Past Presidents, and members of the Regional Advisory Committee comprise the Executive Board. The legal counsel serves as an ex-officio member of the board.
